The first project ever realised by our architecture studio was a high-end shopping mall in Saudi Arabia. Since then, we have designed and built over 600 retail spaces and ambitious office buildings. Designed to make an impact that reflects the ethos and purpose of each brand, but also responds to contemporary lifestyle trends, office buildings have become our testing ground for news ideas, materials, and technologies. These projects also present complex construction and technical challenges, with the emphasis on cost-effectiveness, energy-efficiency, and flexible functionality.
From draft plans to installing the finishings, our primary consideration is always how these spaces work for the occupants: is this a pleasurable and productive place to work? Do the different zones encourage communication and interaction? Do the spaces benefit from natural light throughout the day? How can we use intelligent design and the latest technology to improve insulation, cooling, and heating with minimal energy consumption? These are just some of the questions we ask ourselves, fine tuning these large-scale projects down to the smallest detail.
Our deep experience in a field that demands constant change and adaptation allows us to push the limits of state-of-the-art tools and techniques, while maintaining our commitment to a minimalist modern aesthetic.
